Where can I find out where the constitution addresses property right (short of actually reading it)? And do you think the laws about property should be changed or remain, i.e. should the government be allowed eminent domain, should authors be able to hold copyright ad infinitum?

I recommend Lesig's book, Free Culture, which is freely available online.

I believe copyrights and patents should be granted for a _limited time_ and for the purpose of _advancing science and art_ through protecting profits.

We also need reform when it comes to creating derivative works.
